A perfect 10 star rating!!! I’m very serious! This is the perfect gym to train at. They have it all from benching to squatting to strongman competition equipment. It’s a very fun, amazing and chill environment. Every single person who goes here is beyong awesome and nice. Everyone here wants to get better and they want YOU to get better too. We hold all of our members to a high-standard.

We know that you are capable of absolute greatness and we are committed to helping you reach your goals.

When you join Norse Fitness you are asked to commit to the following:

  • Workout a minimum of 3 days per week. This will guarantee that you will reach your desired results.
  • Eat for optimal performance. That mean’s cutting out all of the bullshit fast-food and junk food. If you eat like garbage, you will perform like garbage.
  • Properly hydrate and try to drink at least 1 gallon of water every day.
  • Do not gossip or talk poorly about other people – only encourage and help.
  • Acknowledge that you represent Norse Fitness and that your actions are a reflection of the community.

Adding muscle to your body will increase your resting metabolic rate. This means, even when you're sitting or sleeping, you'll burn calories. We combine weight training with conditioning to get you in the best shape of your life.
