GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group Fitness Classes are designed to help you lose weight and get stronger by combining resistance training, full body circuits, and high intensity interval training. We will teach you how to exercise properly so you achieve your goals and avoid injury.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We work around your schedule to help you achieve a desired result. You will work 1 on 1 with a trainer to make sure that you are exercising in the most effective way for the fastest progress.

A perfect 10 star rating!!! I’m very serious! This is the perfect gym to train at. They have it all from benching to squatting to strongman competition equipment. It’s a very fun, amazing and chill environment. Every single person who goes here is beyong awesome and nice. Everyone here wants to get better and they want YOU to get better too. Everyone is welling to help you out. Andy the gym owner is top notch!! I have been looking for a place to left since high school and this is the place!!! Trust me you’ll LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
